:: We love the Perry's ::

The Perry family is very special to us and thankfully we've got to hang out with them a lot this summer. Taylor (4 months) and Malia (3 months) enjoy lying at the beach and talking to each other :) Evan (3 1/2) and Connor (2) enjoying running around on the beach, digging holes and hitting one another :)  I can say that whenever we are all together we have a good time!!

:: 6 year Anniversary ::

I can't believe it was 6 years ago we said "I do".

Teo and I have been so blessed in these past 6 years with

two happy and healthy children, our health and our love for one another.

So cheers honey to many, many more years together :)

:: Three Rivers ::

Last week Evan, Kai (Evan's cousin) Malia and I packed up and drove 6 hours to my parents house in Three Rivers.  Unfortunently, Teo had to stay home and work (thanks honey!)  I was super nervous to travel with 3 kiddos, especially Malia, but my worries were soon put to rest. We only had to stop one time on the way there and twice on the way home to San Diego, AWESOME!! Kai was a great influence on Evan, telling him to say please and thank you, make his bed and carry his plate to the sink, Kai you can come with us anytime!

We had a great time at grandma's and grandpa's. I completely overpacked because the whole trip we lived in our bathing suits and undies (just the boys :).  We swam in the pool and the river, hiked to beautiful Topakah Falls, played on the slip and slide, water colored, picked veggies in grandma's garden, slept outside in the tree house with grandma and just plain relaxed!  We saw some wildlife on our trip: 2 bears, a racer snake, a marmott, some deer and a buck and some lizards. Now we are back in San Diego well rested and with nice tans!

Malia took her first dip in the pool and grandpa carried her on her first hike! She has been smiling a lot more and gooing and gahhing! She loves to talk :)  At her 2 month checkup she was 24 1/2 inches and 14lbs! Her doctor said she's in the 99th percentile for height and weight, ahhh my sweet chunky monkey!
