:: Fall Break ::

During Evan's Fall break, we were fortunate enough to go to Three Rivers, Yosemite and Bishop Creek.  The Three Rivers school had a reunion of all alumni, it was great because I got to see some of my best friends I grew up with.

We then got to go camping in my parents new truck camper in Yosemite and Bishop Creek. Both were amazingly beautiful!!! Enjoy our journey :)

This is the Manzanar visitor center. It is one of the many Japanese-American internment camps that was set up during World War 2.

Kathy's father was held in a camp in Heart Mountain, Wyoming. It is unbelievable how many people do not know about this horrible time in history. I only found out recently and was appalled the United States would treat their own people with such disgust.  

It was a very powerful and heartbreaking documentation of how life for thousands of Japanese American families was during that time.
